Regular diamond shapes such as Round, Pear, Emerald, Marquise, and Oval are available, along with more than 50 modified cuts including Trapezoid, Trillion, Half Moon, Kite, Shield, Calf Head, and Hexagon. Updates are shared through images and video, from the design stage through wax, casting, and final product images.
Free engraving is available on jewelry, with a capacity of up to 7-8 letters; please leave a message if you would like engraving, as some rings may have limited space.
Custom order process: we begin by discussing your vision and requirements, then design the jewelry and share images for your approval. Production starts once you confirm the design, and finished jewelry images and video are shared before shipping. Orders are dispatched the same day production is complete, with tracking provided within 24 hours.
Shipping: production takes 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Standard shipping delivery time depends on your country and location, typically arriving within 8-10 days. Rush order options are available for faster production, along with expedited shipping for delivery within 5-7 days.
Care instructions: clean your jewelry with a proper smooth fabric, such as the free smooth fabric included with your order. It is recommended to remove jewelry before activities that may be abrasive, such as showering, swimming, gardening, or washing dishes. Avoid storing jewelry in extremely dry or extremely humid environments for long periods to keep it looking beautiful.
