Item quality- 10K is a little plastic looking- There is no 10K stamp. I did take it to a jewlery and it is real- but just poorly made. Needed it for my wedding- didn't plan ahead great but couldnt get a rush shipment- tried talking to seller and couldn't really get a straight answer about updates on getting it shipped.

I am in love with this style and it looks so stunning (even on my chubby fingers lol). This is such a beautiful ring and true to size. Absolutely love it so much!!

My new rings are stunning! Customer service is excellent. Trionza set accurate expectations, sent updates through the process and my rings arrived on the date promised. I felt confident placing my order with Trionza because of their 5 star rating.  My overall experience order to delivery was excellent. But here’s where they truly shined:  Two days after I got my rings I noticed one of the diamonds had fallen out.  I was crushed, but I know this stuff happens. I messaged Trionza and they replied right away and proposed a plan to fix the ring. I could not ask for a better customer service. I will be excited to get my ring repaired and be able to wear them again. Thank you TrionzaDiamond. Y’all get all the stars!!

This ring is gorgeous! I have smaller hands so I went with the 3X2 MM. Unfortunately there was a delay due to storms while being shipped & received the item 4 days late. This store has exceptional customer service. All of my questions were answered in full, in a prompt matter. The picture doesn’t do this ring justice!

This ring is beautiful. I am very pleased with the customer service. The seller was very responsive.  It does not come with any paperwork to certify lab diamonds. Seller assures me they are. Will take to local jeweler to verify at some point soon.  I would definitely recommend this shop.
