Care Instructions: Please use a proper smooth fabric to clean your jewelry. We provide a free smooth fabric with your order for this purpose. We recommend removing jewelry before activities that may be abrasive, such as showering, swimming, gardening, or washing dishes. Avoid storing your jewelry in extremely dry or extremely moist environments for long periods to keep it looking beautiful.
Engraving is available free of cost, with a capacity of up to 7-8 letters. Please leave a message if you are interested in engraving, as some rings may not have enough space.
Custom Order Process: We begin by discussing your vision and requirements. Once details are confirmed, we design the jewelry and share images for your approval. Production begins after you confirm the design, and once your order is complete, we share finished jewelry images and video before shipping. Orders are dispatched the same day, with tracking numbers provided within 24 hours.
Shipping: After placing your order, production takes 1-2 weeks. Standard shipping delivery time is 8-10 days depending on your country and location. Rush Order and Expedited Shipping (5-7 days delivery) are available as add-on services.
