Throughout the process, we provide updates with images and video, from design through wax and casting to the final product.
Care Instructions: Use a proper smooth fabric to clean your jewelry. A free smooth fabric is included with your order for this purpose. We recommend removing jewelry before activities that may be abrasive to it, such as showering, swimming, gardening, or washing dishes. Avoid storing your jewelry in extremely dry or extremely humid environments for long periods.
Custom Order Process: We begin by discussing your vision and requirements, then design the jewelry and share images for your approval. Production begins once you confirm the design. Before shipping, we share finished jewelry images and video for your final approval, then dispatch your order the same day and provide a tracking number within 24 hours.
Shipping: Production takes 1-2 weeks after your order is placed. Standard shipping delivery time depends on your country and location, typically arriving within 8-10 days. Rush order and expedited shipping add-on services are also available for faster production and delivery within 5-7 days.
